My name is Catherine Clements, and I am the Founder and Owner of Suffolk Ear Clinic, as well as a dedicated micro-suction trainer. Alongside providing ear care services, I am passionate about raising standards in ear wax removal by delivering professional micro-suction training to healthcare practitioners.
Through my training programmes, I support clinicians in developing the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence required to carry out safe and effective micro-suction procedures. My teaching focuses strongly on patient safety, clinical best practice, and evidence-based techniques, ensuring delegates leave feeling competent and fully prepared to treat patients.
While I continue to provide microsuction and ear health assessments at Suffolk Ear Clinic, a significant part of my work is devoted to mentoring and training others. I believe that high-quality education is key to improving ear care services across the community.
My approach to training is supportive, thorough, and hands-on, creating a professional learning environment where practitioners feel comfortable asking questions and refining their skills. My goal is not only to teach the technique, but to build confidence, clinical judgement, and long-term competence in every clinician I train.
